For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply throughout. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "dk222" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at dk222.lol and all associated services, applications, and subdomains.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who has registered and holds an active account on dk222.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on dk222.

• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money and bonus funds credited to a Player's dk222 Account, as displayed in the Account dashboard.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by dk222 prior to processing any withdrawal.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of dk222 and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

Use of dk222 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy ALL of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity.

• You are not an employee, officer, director, or contractor of dk222 or any of its affiliate or group companies, nor a close relative of such persons.
• You have not previously been excluded from dk222 through a self-exclusion request or administrative closure for breach of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.

To access dk222 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is truthful and accurate.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on dk222 at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are classified as duplicate accounts. dk222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any wagers, winnings, or bonuses accrued across all such accounts without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dk222 will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your Account by a third party due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• You must notify dk222 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• dk222 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation to verify account details at any point.
• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

dk222 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the required documentation is provided and reviewed.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address may also be required.

dk222 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Accounts that fail to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

All financial transactions on dk222 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by dk222 on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your Account or that is registered in your own verified name.

• dk222 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which take precedence over this general section in cases of conflict.

General conditions applicable to all dk222 bonuses:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must meet a specified wagering requirement (turnover multiplier) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contributions are specified in individual promotion terms. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting markets may carry lower contribution rates than slot games.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's Account at any given time.
5. Abuse Prevention: dk222 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets across outcomes, systematic exploitation of risk-free wager strategies, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Such activity will result in the confiscation of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account termination.

All bets and wagers placed on dk222 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market, as published within the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules.

With respect to sports betting, including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and all other markets offered by dk222:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the Platform. Displayed odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's latency controls. dk222 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event occurrence where the outcome was already known to the player.
• Decisions regarding abandoned, postponed, or curtailed sporting events (including rain-interrupted cricket matches) are governed by the rules of the relevant market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and player account tier.

With respect to casino games, all games use independently certified software and Random Number Generators (RNG) that are audited by third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dk222 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or platform use.
• Operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players, including in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software malfunction are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including through coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
• Using the Platform's services on behalf of a third party without express written consent from dk222 management.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dk222 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on dk222 — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of dk222 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from dk222 without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if dk222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dk222's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their dk222 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dk222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability. dk222 will make reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

dk222 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, effective immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable alerts that notify players when a session exceeds a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account restriction of a minimum 6-month period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has elapsed.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon administrative closure for breach of these Terms, dk222 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to forfeit all funds in the Account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk222 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dk222 dispute resolution process shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
